Ivan C. Baran - Principal
Ivan Baran leads the engineering department at Arc Light Entertainment. Ivan's attention to detail, forward thinking and expansive knowledge base place him at the top of his field. He is an accomplished systems engineer who dedicates himself to producing a finished product of the highest quality. After receiving his Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree in 1987, Ivan entered the audio-visual field. Prior to co-founding Arc Light, Ivan held key engineering positions where he developed extensive systems integration experience working closely with architects, consultants, and manufacturers.

Todd A. Neal - Principal
Todd Neal leads sales and project management efforts for Arc Light Entertainment. Todd's commitment to excellence ensures the continued growth and solid reputation of Arc Light. Following his electronics training and service with the U. S. Navy as a submariner, Todd began his career in the commercial audio-visual industry. Since 1992, Todd has held positions as an installation technician, lead technician, and project manager overseeing projects valued up to $1.5 million. Through these roles, Todd has developed an understanding of the construction process and its unique requirements.

Dave M. Hagerich - Certified Programmer
Dave Hagerich leads custom programming efforts at Arc Light Entertainment. Dave began programming Crestron and AMX control systems for Arc Light in the fall of 2000, and is a Certified Crestron Programmer. In addition to project programming, Dave is responsible for IT and software development. He has extensive knowledge of the following languages: COBOL, RPG, C/C++/C#, Java/J++, BASIC/VB, and Perl.
