Frequently Asked Questions

What if I don't want the display mounted?
A: You can reduce the price of the package by $450.00

Do you offer different mounting options?
A:  Absolutely.  We offer swing arm wall mounts, tilting wall mounts, in wall mounts and even motorized mounts.  There is an additional fee for these types of mounts as they require more time for installation.   If you are interested, all you have to do is ask. 

Will everything work when you leave?
A: Absolutely.  Our technicians will test the performance of your new system and demonstrate it to you.

How long will the installation take?
A: It will take our technicians approximately two and a half hours to complete your installation.

Do I need to supply anything?
A: You will need to supply a High Definition cable box. To take full advantage of High Definition, request a set top box from your cable provider with an HDMI output. If you do not have HD service, or you have a cable box that uses Component outputs, we will substitute the proper cable set needed to connect your set top box.

What if I want it installed over my fireplace?
A: This is considered a custom installation which will require additional labor and material. In this case we will conduct a site survey and provide a turn key price.

What if I want to add surround sound?
A: Because homes come in many shapes and sizes a consultation is needed to go over the many options for Surround Sound. We conduct a site survey, and determine the best solution that fits your home and budget.

What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash and Checks. A 3 day processing period is required for in state checks. A longer period may be necessary for out of state Checks.

How do you hide all the wires/cables?
A: We hide the cables inside the wall, behind the display and behind the equipment.  Any cabling that is exposed will be neatly dressed with Velcro wire ties.

Do you hook up all my other equipment to the TV? I.e. cable box, DVR, etc?
A: With this offer we hook up 1 DVD player and 1 set top box, whether it is a Satellite or cable box. Either of these set top boxes may include a DVR.

What other services do you provide?
A:   Our residential specialties include Home Cinema, Media Room, HDTV, Surround Sound, Whole-House Music, Distributed Video, Structured Cabling, Automation, and Lighting Control Systems.

Can I purchase media furniture from you?
A:  Absolutely.  We offer a wide variety of options for media furniture.  All you have to do is ask.
